About

I’m Grace Cheung (張嘉恩), a physiotherapist based in Vancouver focused on evidence-based rehabilitation and practical solutions for everyday injuries.

My approach combines clinical reasoning, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education to help people better understand pain and recovery.

Care is informed by advanced post-graduate training in:

  • manual therapy

  • intramuscular stimulation (IMS)

  • movement and load-based rehabilitation

The goal is not only symptom relief, but improving long-term function, resilience, and confidence in movement.

What People Are Saying

  • I just wanted to thank you for all the work you did with me while recovering from my injury, and helping me meet my goals at a comfortable pace. I have kept up jogging this year and have recently worked up to jogging for about 5k with only 3 very short breaks in between, which is pretty close to where I want to get to. I have minimal discomfort in my hip/pelvis both while jogging and in my day-to-day life.

  • Grace is the best! I went from not being able to get out of a chair to constant pain. After a couple of sessions and prescribed exercises, I can go for a walk and get out of a chair without wincing of discomfort. I would give her 6 stars, if I could. She's amazing!!

  • Night after night, I was receiving barrage after barrage of vertigo. When I turned to Grace for help, not only did she treat my vertigo, but she educated me on vestibular disorders beyond what Google could teach me and empowered me with take-home therapy exercises for reducing and preventing vertigo. To top it all, she gave me great, simple tips on improving my back posture!
